MANGO LASSI
You really can't go wrong with a mango lassi - especially when it's this easy to make! As mangoes in the UK are often pitiful, I like to use canned mango puree which you can find in the international aisle of the supermarket. It is simply delicious.

INGREDIENTS
Serves 1-2
300g Alphonso mango puree from a can, cold from the fridge
120g plain or vanilla yoghurt, cold from the fridge
120ml milk (any kind), cold from the fridge

METHOD
1
In one large, or two regular sized serving glasses, stir all of the ingredients together. That's it - now enjoy!
Serving Suggestion
You can of course pour this drink over ice if you don't fancy having to refrigerate all the ingredients in advance.
icheffedit Tip #2
The key to getting this drink as refreshing as possible is to mix everything cold from the fridge.
