INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
300g strawberries
1 peeled, ripe banana, chopped and frozen
Juice of 1 orange
120g plain or vanilla natural yoghurt

METHOD

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Divide into glasses and serve!
Frozen banana lends a thick creaminess to this smoothie that is really irreplaceable. If you have a powerful blender, you can go further and freeze the berries too for an extra-thick smoothie!
