TROPICAL SMOOTHIE
This is my go-to smoothie recipe. It's luxuriously creamy and delicious thanks to the additions of frozen banana and yoghurt, and is ready in a matter of seconds for a super speedy breakfast.

INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
425g tinned Kesar or Alphonso mango puree
220g tin pineapple chunks in juice
1 large, ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
120g plain or vanilla natural yoghurt

METHOD
1
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Divide into glasses and serve!
