CHEESY GARLIC BREAD
This is makes for the perfect accompaniment to any pasta dish, and is a brilliant way to jazz up a loaf of shopbought ciabatta.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 6
1 loaf of shopbought ciabatta
6 garlic cloves
60ml extra virgin olive oil
Handful of fresh parsley
Handful of grated mozzarella
Handful of parmesan, grated
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with foil and set aside.

In a mini blender, blitz together the garlic, olive oil and fresh parsley.

Slice the ciabatta loaf in half. Spread the garlic mixture all over both (cut) sides of the bread. Wrap in the foil, and bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, unwrap the bread, and top with grated mozzarella and parmesan. Return to the oven, uncovered, for a final 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and melted, beginning to turn golden. Serve!

This garlic bread works brilliantly alongside any pasta dish, to mop up any extra sauce.
